It is the Legal Damage Liability caused by the Insured or any
person that, with his/her expressed or tacit consent, uses the insured
vehicle and as consequence of it, causes material damages to third

Can this insurance be transferred
to another car?
This insurance cannot be transferred; it will be used exclusively
for the car that was registered when the policy was activated.
What is covered by Property Damage
This coverage includes Legal Damage Liability caused by the

uses the insured vehicle and that as consequence of it, causes material
damages to third parties in their properties.

This coverage includes the Legal Damage Liability caused by

What is covered by Occupants' Medical
Covers the expenses as consequence of a traffic accident causing
injuries to any person occupying the insured vehicle, when that
person is inside the insured vehicle.

It is important to provide all the relevant information referring
the accident, such as:
Exact location and characteristics of the participant vehicles,
to help the adjuster arrives as soon as possible to the location
of the accident.
In case that the competent authority acknowledges the accident,
you must pay attention and follow its instructions.
Once the adjuster arrives to the location of the accident, you will
be requested to state in written form how the accident took place
so that the adjuster then negotiates with the third party.
